According to ChainCatcher news and SoSoValue Bitcoin Treasuries dashboard data, Metaplanet announced on July 6, 2025, Eastern Time, that it increased its holdings by 2,205 Bitcoins at an average price of $108,237, with a total investment of approximately $23.87 million. Compared to the previous issue (released on June 29, 2025) where 1,005 Bitcoins were added at a value of $107,601, the number of additions in this period has increased by approximately 119.4% quarter-on-quarter, and the total investment has increased by approximately 120.81% quarter-on-quarter. As of July 6, 2025, Metaplanet holds a total of 15,555 Bitcoins, with an average Bitcoin price of approximately $99,307, valued at $1.697 billion.
